This is a perfect opportunity to own a good two story house with a large garden. There is extra land for sale a few yards away from the property if you want to become self sufficient on a smallholding in Bulgaria. In Bulgaria you can be as self sufficientish as you please. You are allowed to keep animals Such as goats, cows sheep chickens etc on your property, without any special permission. Usually Bulgarian goats, sheep and cows are kept at home just throughout the night. The Bulgarian Sheppard picks them up on the way past your house in the morning, and drops them back of an evening. This service is charged at about one pound per month, per animal. This saves all the feed and mucking out.
